I love autumn; crisp bright days, cosy evening in and generally hunkering down before the winter.
I tend to use the onset of autumn as an excuse to spruce up our flat, I swap cushions and throws, add in some seasonal ornaments (I found some cool glass pumpkins in TKMaxx) and to generally create a more snug atmosphere. This year I thought I would go a bit further and create a typographic poster to add to the autumnal feel.
I created the poster using one of my favourite font families, Thankful by Ornaments of Grace. Thankful is a lovely handmade font with a folksy, artisan feel, well worth investing in!

I'll admit it; whilst I enjoy good food and an occasional potter in the kitchen, most of the time I find cooking more of a chore than a pleasure. Luckily my boyfriend Calum is never happier than when in the kitchen so when we first moved in together I merrily delegated cooking in his direction. It was a bit of a trade off as I have been lumbered with the laundry. You win some you lose some!
